Aluminum Alloy Saw Blade Operation Guide

1. The saw blade should be assembled according to the rotation direction of the machine. If the direction is opposite, the cutter plate will fall off, affecting the cutting effect.

2. When using aluminum alloy saw blades, you can only use the devices provided by the equipment supplier to ensure that the clamping device is fixed firmly. The diameter of the flange should be compatible with the saw blade. The linear dimension of the flange should be 1/3 of the diameter of the saw blade, and the diameter of the plate flange should be 1/2 of the diameter of the saw blade to ensure that the saw blade is installed firmly and prevent the saw blade from sliding.

3. The mechanical equipment for installing aluminum alloy saw blades has good performance, no swing, the spindle is flat and undeformed, the shaft diameter tolerance does not exceed H7, and the protective cover is installed at the same time to prevent the saw blade from damage. The saw blade should be installed at a position higher than the 5-6 teeth of the plate.

4. Ensure that the aluminum alloy saw blade and flange are clean and smooth, and the surface is free of abnormal wear and deformation and foreign matter adhesion

5. Work according to the feed speed required by the equipment. It must not exceed the high speed of the saw blade and the feed speed. If the saw blade becomes dull during the sawing process, suitable diamond grinding wheels and special cutting liquid should be selected during grinding.

6. Confirm that the saw blade is suitable for the cut material to prevent abnormal wear of the saw blade from falling off, poor cutting and overheating, and other abnormal phenomena.
