1. Basic data before selecting saw blade processing spindle speed processing workpiece thickness and material saw outer diameter I and aperture (axis diameter) 2. Select based on the cutting speed is v=π, and the reasonable cutting speed is calculated from the number of spindle rotations and the matching saw blade outer diameter × outer diameter D × rotation number n/60 (M/s). Generally, the reasonable cutting speed is 60-90. M/s material cutting speed; soft wood 60-90 (M/s) hardwood 50-70 (M/s) particle board plywood 60-80 (M/s) If the cutting speed is too high, the vibration noise of the machine tool is high, the stability of the saw blade is reduced, the processing quality is reduced, the cutting speed is too small, and the production efficiency is reduced. At the same feed speed, the cutting amount per tooth increases, which affects the processing quality and service life of the saw blade. Since the relationship between the saw blade diameter D and the spindle speed n is a power function, in practical applications, it is the most economical to reasonably increase the speed and reduce the saw blade diameter.
1. The saw blade should be assembled according to the rotation direction of the machine. If the direction is opposite, the cutter plate will fall off, affecting the cutting effect. 2. When using aluminum alloy saw blades, only devices provided by the equipment supplier can be used to ensure that the clamping device is fixed firmly. The diameter of the flange should be compatible with the saw blade. The linear dimension of the flange should be 1/3 of the diameter of the saw blade. The diameter of the plate flange should be 1/2 of the diameter of the saw blade to ensure that the saw blade is installed firmly and prevent the saw blade from sliding. 3. The mechanical equipment for installing aluminum alloy saw blades has good performance, no swing, the spindle is flat and has no deformation, and the shaft diameter tolerance does not exceed H7. At the same time, a protective cover should be installed to prevent the saw blade from damage. The saw blade should be installed at a position higher than the 5-6 teeth of the plate. 4. Ensure that the aluminum alloy saw blade and flange are clean and smooth, and the surface is free of abnormal wear and deformation and foreign matter adhesion. 5. Work according to the feed speed required by the equipment. It must not exceed the high speed of the saw blade and the feed speed. If the saw blade becomes dull during the sawing process, it should be timely.
